We are glad we chose Aileen Noguer as the realtor for the sale of our luxury home in Ladner, BC. It was an unusually large property for the area, with a custom built house and a second building that served as executive office space. She immediately understood the unique challenges of finding the right buyers for the property.
Aileen explained the steps to us, providing a clear rationale for the best listing price. She defined her role and our role so there would be no confusion. We knew Aileen and her team would screen prospective buyers and supervize showings. She understood that we would not be able to leave our office space every time there was a showing.
The value we received from her was outstanding. She covered the expenses for getting exact measurements of all the rooms, creating a drone video, staging the house, hiring a professional photographer and marketing our property to buyers in other regions. She even provided several armloads of cheery, flowering plants to enhance the outside of the house.
We appreciated the team of people that Aileen introduced us to. For example, her home repairman put up that towel bar we had been ignoring. Her admin staff set up an app so we could keep all our text messages in one place. Aileen was interested in our next destination and provided a referral to another realtor.
