1969
Aileen and her parents, along with many siblings, a dog and a cat, journey across the pond from England to Victoria, BC.
1972
Aileen takes flight, ready to explore the world beyond Canada. Thus starting a lifetime pursuit of globetrotting.
1987
Aileen graduates as a Registered Nurse, working bedside for years. As they say, empathy is one’s most important quality—a trait she has never forgotten.
1993
Aileen decides to leave nursing for Real Estate. Armed with a nurse’s empathy, she makes clients happy right out the gate and becomes one of the leading REALTORS® in South Delta and the lower mainland, with over 80% of her business from referrals.
1998
Aileen gives birth to twins, embarking upon 20+ years of seeing just how great it is to raise a family in South Delta.
2016
Aileen forms a powerhouse trio by adding a full time REALTOR® to her team to support the growing business ...the year was one of her best years ever!
2017
Phoebe, Aileen’s adopted BC Guide Dog, keeps everyone smiling with her antics.
2019
Thousands of new units are built across South Delta. Demand for the area explodes. Families turn to Aileen and her stellar team, trusting them to sell their homes—or to find them a home in one of the most attractive places in the Lower Mainland and across the globe.
2021
RE/MAX invents a new category of award to recognize the success of the Aileen Noguer Group.
