Aileen, Michelle, and her team were so awesome during what was a tough time to be selling & buying in Tsawwassen. They made the process easy for us and were there to help us with questions all along the way. As we were first time sellers and second time buyers, we were very new to the processes involved. Have to admit, i was a little apprehensive prior to meeting Aileen, as I have not had many dealings with realtors.. She put my mind to ease within minutes of meeting her.  She was professional and well prepared. We met with 2 other local realtors (who were good) but Aileen was amazing.  She had clearly done her research about the property (estate sale) and gave us so many answers to questions we had never even thought of.  She had referrals for selling antiques and other relevant services.  I was so impressed with our interactions and the whole process that i would not only highly recommend her services but if i need a realtor going forward, she is who i would choose. Aileen was referred to us by a realtor friend where we live in Vernon, BC.  I asked for someone that could help sell my mother's townhouse after she passed away.  Aileen was unbelievably helpful, going above and beyond to help us handle a lot of things with the house so we wouldn't have to travel back and forth to Richmond.
